Session-Based Pricing (Additional Services Available)
Session-based pricing includes review of submitted intake information, the scheduled mediation session, and a written summary of the parties' agreement. Separate planning consultations, additional preparation, follow-up services, and other services outside the selected session are billed separately unless otherwise agreed.
2-Hour Session → $500
3-Hour Session → $750**
4-Hour Session → $1,000
6-Hour Session → $1,500**

Policies & Clarifications
Packages include intake, consultation, mediation time, and documentation as outlined.
Session-based services include mediation and a Written Summary of the Parties' Agreement unless otherwise specified.
Additional services outside the selected scope are billed separately
Deposits or full payment may be required prior to scheduling.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Alternative payment methods, including cashier’s checks or money orders, may be accepted upon request and are subject to an additional processing fee.
Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee equal to the 1-hour standard rate.
Agreements may be reviewed by the parties and/or their attorneys prior to finalization.
